The other day I watched Disney’s Frozen. Prior to viewing the movie I had heard and read about all the hype surrounding it, so naturally I went in expecting nothing much. My low expectations were almost instantly destroyed. What I saw was beautiful, spectacular, awe-inspiring. The music was catchy and clever. The characters were unique and proved to be pleasant enough company during the one hundred eight minute length of the film. The animation was nothing short of breathtaking - from the vast, elegant backdrops to the motions and movement of the people and animals which appeared to have been animated with flawless finesse. The film’s absolutely spellbinding animation completely blew me away.

And then I thought to myself… I can do that.

And that’s when Prezles was created.

Posting this again and again is literally the only reason I even visit tumblr anymore

Before I abandon my tumblr blog forever (or until I stop being bored with this goddamn website) I have a few things I’d like to say.

Anybody who has spent more than five minutes on tumblr is most likely aware of the existence of hypersensitive, ultra radical, and insanely irrational Social Justice Warriors. They are to tumblr what overzealous misogynists are to Reddit, or what Justin Bieber fans are to Twitter. Social Justice Warriors severely bring down the quality of what could be a pretty awesome social media and networking website.

The following is directed mostly at the aforementioned SJWs. Hell, some of you probably don’t even realize that you’re among the asinine crybaby douche-nozzles who make up that elitist group. In which case, this is also for you, you dumb bastard.

First off, reverse racism is just racism. For those of you who think reverse racism doesn’t exist and that only white people can be racist, you can go on feeling this way for as long as you like but please just be aware that nobody outside of your intimate circle of morons (some of those morons being but not limited to Huffington Post, BuzzFeed, VICE, and Gawker) is ever going to take you seriously.

Making someone feel like shit because of their sexuality is a shitty and immature thing to do. That includes everyone. Everyone. Talking shit on “cishets” and heterosexuals, and publishing text posts detailing how you wish they would die — this is exactly what leads to violent inequality. You are merely perpetuating the notion of inequality. You can tell yourself otherwise all you want, but the fact will always remain that you are just as ruthlessly prejudiced as the homophobic twats you claim to despise.

If you have cancer, lost a limb, are a war veteran or a victim of any kind, a person of color, or a homosexual, and you wield a savage and cruel personality, you are not excused. You are still a crappy person, and none of the aforementioned qualities pardons you or suddenly turns you into a hero. The thing that makes you suck is not your sexuality or the disease growing inside you or the color of your skin, but rather the fact that your personality is rotten.

Same goes for suicide. If you kill yourself and you were a dick during your existence, you’re not suddenly a brave and admirable person. You’re just a piece of shit who’s dead now.

If you are uncomfortable with nudity, that’s fine. Too many people here argue that those who are “offended” by or uncomfortable with the naked human body need to “grow up,” but this is bullshit. Some people just don’t want to see a big hairy wang in their face. And that’s okay. If you’re comfortable with being naked, that’s well and good, but that doesn’t mean everyone else has to be. And it sure as fuck doesn’t mean that the world should suddenly be alright with seeing your bare ass all the time. Show some fucking respect. If someone doesn’t like seeing nudity, then you should respect their wishes, because it’s really not a big fucking deal. You’re just trying to be edgy and rebellious and “free” and you look like an idiot.

Places like tumblr and HuffPo and a plethora of others take homosexuality and turn it into this cringe-inducing, overly-sexualized pseudo-movement. Whether you’re gay or straight, marching around in public wearing nothing but a banana hammock and parading around on a big dick-shaped float isn’t appropriate. That’s not pride. That’s in-your-face ~edginess~. It has gotten to the point where homosexuals who don’t speak with a lisp or dress/act flamboyant are shunned or referred to as “day walker gays” by other gays. You’ve taken a beautiful movement and turned it into “let’s just try to be super edgy and piss people off!” and that’s kind of sad. The worst part, I think, is that it seems heterosexuals are, for the most part, responsible for inciting this. Most “extravagant” LGBT tumblr blogs are run by straight people who glamorize and edge-ify the movement. I’m not saying all heterosexuals or all homosexuals are at fault — if you’re part of the problem, you’re part of the fucking problem, regardless of your skin color, sexual orientation, or what the fuck kind of reproductive organs you’re packing. And that can be applied to any and every situation. If you’re part of the problem, you are part of the problem — simple as that.

I have seen the famous text post “I learned more from tumblr than I did from school” many times during my three years here, and I realize that I, too, have learned much from tumblr. I have learned that sometimes people hide behind the label “victim” just so they don’t receive their rightful blame. I have learned that some of the most bigoted, racist, intolerant people aren’t even straight nor white. I have learned that there is petty hatred all over the fucking place, that there are actually massive factions who think that displaying violent prejudice toward white people isn’t racist and is, in fact, perfectly okay if not encouraged. I have seen vegans who have been laughed at in the past laughing at meat-eaters and uttering the word carnist as if it’s synonymous with “Hitler.” This website has taught me, beyond anything else, that more people suck than I had previously thought, and I guess that’s part of the reason I’m leaving. You people are just way too fucking radical, and you wield the kind of anger and aggression that so often leads to innocent lives being destroyed. Which is ironic because so many of you claim to be against that sort of outcome, going on and on about how oppressors have been similarly ruthless throughout history. Yet you continue contradicting yourselves in the most confounding and frustratingly oblivious manner. It’s as if you don’t realize that you have become utterly and entirely intolerant yourselves. So either grow the fuck up or continue being callous swine, but if you choose the latter please know that there will always be people much more saner than you who will be there to slap you across the face and tell you to shut the fuck up, and goddamnit do you deserve it. You may think you’re right, and that your inanity is justified, and that you are the victim while the rest of the world is oppressing you, but you are so unfathomably wrong. You are the fucking problem. You.

Also it should be noted that misandry is still sexism, and it makes you a bad person in the ranks of misogynists. Again, keep telling yourself otherwise, but facts are facts, mother fuckers.

Look, I’m no saint. Pretty fucking far from it, in fact. I’ve castigated and chastised people for stupid, petty reasons, as I’m sure we all have. But so many of you go around pretending that you’re all for equality and peace and love and all that while hating on certain groups, certain genders, certain races. And that’s just fucking unacceptable. In the end that’s what it boils down to — you shouldn’t berate somebody for their gender or race or sexual preference. If you’re gonna preach acceptance, then get your head out of your ass and fucking act accordingly.

I have 2 more things in my queue, then I’m gonna do that bi-annual thing I do when I abandon my blog but come back after like six months. Maybe.

But in the very likely event that I end up not missing tumblr, if any of you would like to maintain contact with me that’d be swell. So message me or whatever if you wanna exchange numbers or do it like it’s 2002 and we’re in 6th grade and exchange our e-mail addresses. ‘Cause some of you kinda tickled my fancy, and I’d like our few if any interactions here to be more than just fleeting.

So, ya know, don’t be shy. Do that if you want. And I’ll get back to you sometime over the course of the next day or so.
